Why am I not getting a Family Discount while I have more than one radio on my account?
Certain subscriptions qualify your second radio to receive a Family Discount when you have more than one radio on your account. In order to be eligible for (or to keep) a Family Discount, one radio on your account must be active on a full-priced Music & Entertainment, Premier, or Platinum plan.
